In 2022, I worked with Spleet to redesign their website and create dashboards for tenants, landlords, and admins. The idea was to make everything easier—finding homes, managing properties, handling rent payments, and keeping things running smoothly for everyone involved.
There were 3 main goals
Keep It Simple: Make the website and dashboards easy to use, even for first-timers.
Save Time: Make tasks like paying rent, listing properties, and tracking payments faster.
Build Trust: Show that Spleet is reliable and transparent with clear processes and info.
Web UI
Designed a new homepage with a clean, friendly vibe to showcase what Spleet offers—flexible rent, property management, and verified tenants.
Organized everything so users could find what they need quickly.
Tenant Dashboard
Rent Tracking: Created a simple system to view rent payments, due dates, and reminders.
Lease Info: Easy access to lease details and documents.
Help on Demand: Built a quick way to request maintenance or get support.
Landlord Dashboard
Property Overview: Designed tools to track rent collection, property occupancy, and payments.
Easy Listings: Added features to upload and update properties without hassle.
Direct Messaging: Made it easy for landlords to chat with tenants when needed.
Admin Portal
Big Picture View: Gave the Spleet team a dashboard to manage everything—users, properties, payments, and more.
Data at a Glance: Built reports and analytics to show what’s working and what needs attention.
User Management: Made onboarding and monitoring accounts straightforward.
